Hi all
I used to have a Hama Star 75 tripod for my travels but after a couple of uses the screw locks are ruined. I know it was cheap but it was a great size for carrying when travelling. I guess you get what you pay for. As a replacement I am looking at the Slik Sprint Mini II GM which is around £50. Has anyone had any experience with this tripod or do you have any alternatives in the same sort of price range.
Cheers
Graham

Re: Travel Tripod
Hi Graham,
Hama do another affordable, compact yet sturdy tripod called the Compact Traveller I believe.
I tested it for the magazine a few months back and it was spot on.
Saying that Slik tripods are a good investment and you won't go wrong with them.
